It’s a BOY :D

Image

I had my anatomy/ gender ultrasound at 21 weeks and 2 days and our baby is a boy! So far everything seems to be looking good, the baby is measuring well and he is healthy as can be! I am so happy that despite the stress of this deployment, my pregnancy is going well. 🙂 I am so excited to meet this little guy! We have decided to name him after our dads, so his name will be John Franklin Kramer. John is my dad’s name, and Franklin is Tim’s dad’s middle name. We will call him Johnny for short, and his initials will be JFK which I think is stinking cute! 🙂

So there’s my good news! It’s been so great having Tim home this week, and although he leaves for Camp Shelby this Monday, I am grateful that we got this opportunity to be together and he was with me during this special moment. When he comes back for his last leave before the actual deployment, we are doing a baby shower and a maternity shoot. I am so excited!! 🙂

How is everyone doing?? School is okay, I have to admit I am having a little bit of senioritis since I will be done in 67 days!!! After that, I just need to complete a semester of externships. YAY!  Thesis has been moving smoothly, we finally finished testing and are now in the process of analyzing our data. Its a lot of work, truly! To be honest, if I had known I was going to get pregnant, I might have not done a thesis.. but what’s done is done and I know it will be worth it in the end when we see the outcome. 🙂 Plus it will be such an accomplishment to say I did a graduate thesis!

Anyway.. I just wanted to share the awesome news!! 🙂

Awesome!! great news, that countdown to the end of school is surreal, isn’t it? The thesis will be even greater for you if you decide to continue one day with your PhD.
Congrats again to you and your hubby!

60 days now!! Ahhhh!!!! 🙂 I am undecided on whether I want to pursue a PhD or not.. as of now, I’m leaning towards a no, but I’d like to keep my options open just in case I change my mind in the future 🙂
